CoreBox GH is an integral standard solution for your lifting equipment’s remote monitoring.

CoreBox DFB (data feedback) monitors information through the screen integrated in the wireless controller, such as suspended load weight. It also monitors the state of engine temperature and the state of preventive maintenance by date and / or SWP, all in real time.

Sustitución de puente grua en los astilleros de Navantia en Cádiz

El astilleros Navantia de Cádiz, es una empresa que se dedican a la reparación de barcos, en la cual GH ha realizado la sustitución de un puente grúa.

Este nuevo puente grúa se ha instalado en la nave de producción, para alimentar de chapas a las maquinas de oxicorte, mediante un colchón de imanes.

Se ha instalado el anterior colchón de imanes que tenia el cliente en el puente grúa antiguo, aunque se han actualizado los cuadros y otros componentes.

Se ha procedido también a la retirada de la anterior grúa del cliente.

 

Recubrimiento y sellado de vigas

En GH realizamos el recubrimiento de los diferentes elementos que componen nuestros productos (grúas puente, pórticos, plumas, etc.), como las vigas, los carros y los polipastos, con lona plástica y mediante sellado a fuego, para proteger estos elementos en el proceso de transporte y de las inclemencias del tiempo.
