Gantry with rotatory crab and fixed pole

Manufacturing process of a 2.5 t capacity crane with a 20.metre span.

Customer: Port à Sec des Eaux blanches.
Location of the installation: Sete (France).

The gantry has an open rotatory GHE crab (M6 group) and a lifting height of 10 metres. It is specially designed for lifting and storing boats.

Portique bipoutre avec chariot rotatif et mât fixe
Processus de fabrication d’un portique bipoutre de capacité 2,5 T et portée 20 m.

Client: Port à Sec des Eaux blanches.
Lieu d’installation (France).

Ce portique est équipé d’un chariot birail rotatif modèle GHE en groupe FEM M6 avec une course de levage de 10 m. Il est spécialement conçu pour la manutention et le magasinage de bateaux de plaisance.

Proceso de fabricación de grúa pórtico de 20m. de luz y 2,5t. de capacidad, que cuenta con carro giratorio y mástil fijo.

El pórtico cuenta con un carro abierto giratorio GHE en grupo M6 y una altura de elevación de 10m. y está especialmente diseñado para la elevación y almacenamiento de barcos.

Gantry crane with open crab to manipulate gates, whose main feature is the capability to pull at 45º, as shown in the photograph.

The open crab is equipped with lashes and must be lashed if it is going to be used to pull at 45º. Despite having 20 tonne lifting capacity, when pulling at 45º this is limited to 10 tonnes via an end switch that sends the signal to the overload device.

The pulley and several other lifting elements have been modified to allow the cable to work in that position.
