GH presents the limiter “CoreBox” at CeMAT

GH has taken the opportunity of being at the CeMAT fair to present their new technological incorporation: the CoreBox, the next generation of electronic load limiters that helps you manage and control your cranes wherever you are.

CoreBox is the new technological challenge for control and communication with every crane and rope hoist included by GH.

CoreBox DFB (data feedback) monitors information through the screen integrated in the wireless controller, such as suspended load weight. It also monitors the state of engine temperature and the state of preventive maintenance by date and / or SWP, all in real time.

CoreBox App, the new tool for GH lifting equipment users. With direct connection via WI-FI or GPRS, the app monitors via smartphone and tablet premium features like SWP, number of overhead crane operations and working hours. The app also shows the status of different alarms such as engine temperature, preventive maintenance reviews, SWP… CoreBox App in the latest version adds the most relevant information of frequency inverters installed for overhead crane operations. It includes real-time access to information and records of the lifted weight.

corebox04CoreBox Service: the easiest way for GH Service specialists to take care of your lifting equipment. We provide the most complete information through the CoreBox Service platform. All according to the working cycles as indicated by the UNE EN 13001-1 standard.

GH presents its Smart Crane

Once again we will be at CeMAT fair.

The stand includes two different spaces:

  • A space showing the new product range (specially the new generation hoist GHD13), optimised to improve productivity, increase safety and machines’ lifespan and generate savings in the construction and maintenance of factories.
  • A technological space, which evinces the determined commitment of GH to make progress towards industry 4.0, the world of the smart crane: innovations based on information technologies, intelligent cranes capable of self-diagnosis, machines capable of communicating with other machines, and also with people, in an interactive and immediate way.
  • GH wants to achieve worldwide recognition in service capacity for its customers. Therefore, our new mechanisms include cutting-edge technologies. Like our new intelligent control unit, unique in the market and included in every GH product. It has data-logging, connectivity, operational and safety functions, enabling GH customers to know the status of the machine in real time and easing the planing of maintenance.

 

The main goal of GH at the fair is to present our strategy for the next years: make the lifting systems world progress. And our customers with it.

GH presenta su Grúa Inteligente

Un año más estamos presentes en la feria CeMAT.

Os invitamos a visitar nuestro stand (Hall 27, Stand D50), un espacio interactivo y participativo, donde podrá experimentar en primera persona la nueva generación de grúas inteligentes. Visítanos y anticípate al futuro.

El stand constará de dos zonas diferenciadas:

  • Una zona enfocada a presentar su nueva gama de producto (en especial, su polipasto de nueva generación, el GHD13), optimizada para mejorar la productividad, aumentar la seguridad en fábrica y la vida útil de las máquinas y generar ahorros en la instalación y mantenimiento de las naves.
  • El área tecnológica, que evidencia la decidida apuesta de la marca por avanzar hacia la industria 4.0, el mundo de la grúa inteligente: innovaciones basadas en tecnologías de la información, grúas inteligentes capaces de autodiagnosticarse, mecanismos capaces de comunicarse con otras máquinas, pero también con personas, de forma interactiva e inmediata.
  • GH quiere convertirse en un referente mundial en capacidad de servicio a sus clientes. Por ello, sus nuevos mecanismos incorporan tecnologías de última generación. Prueba de ello es su nueva aplicación. Una unidad de control inteligente, única en el mercado e incorporada en todos los productos de GH. Dispone de funciones de registro, conectividad, operativas y de seguridad, permitiendo que el cliente de GH conozca el estado de la máquina en tiempo real y pueda planificar el mantenimiento de la misma.
