GH Cranes apuesta por Colombia implantándose en el país andino.

GH Colombia ha cumplido recientemente un año y medio de operaciones directas en Colombia. En este poco tiempo se ha marcado el inicio de buenas relaciones comerciales con las más grandes empresas del sector energético: Petrolero, Minero, Siderúrgico e industria en general.

Sus oficinas están establecidas en la Capital, Bogotá, como centro de operaciones a nivel nacional. Además cuenta con presencia en ciudades como: Barranquilla, Cali, Cartagena, Medellín y Santa Marta, y con agentes comerciales en cada ciudad para atender las regiones más importantes del país cafetero.

El arduo trabajo del equipo GH Colombia ha conseguido adjudicarse proyectos significativos como la fabricación y montaje de puente grúa birraíl de 20 ton. en las nuevas instalaciones de METAZA S.A. en Cali – Colombia.

El nuevo puente grúa fabricado e instalado por el equipo de GH COLOMBIA es parte del proyecto de expansión de la empresa METAZA en el pacifico colombiano. Recién esta compañía ha construido una nave industrial de 3.920 m2 dedicada a la producción y cortes especiales de chapas metálicas.

METAZA S.A es uno de los líderes en la transformación de lámina HR y CR en Colombia, a su vez que cuenta con puntos de distribución en la geografía nacional, convirtiéndose en referente en su industria. Suministra productos de acero, requeridos tanto por la industria metalmecánica como por otros sectores, también comercializa productos para la construcción requeridos en arquitectura e ingeniería.

Este puente grúa instalado es el primero de los 3 puentes grúa que GH Cranes va a realizar para este proyecto, el cual finalizará antes de que acabe el año.

Samuel Sevillano is a young veteran at GH. After his time in the management of our branch in China, he took on the challenge of organism, launching, and managing the new Mobile System Unit.

The quote “Mobile Systems is a product line that has always been there in the GH catalogues as just another, and almost hidden, group of products; but it´s always has immense potential and I want to bring that potential to the forefront with varied range of products that are appreciated by our customers” summarizes what Samuel thinks about this new Business Unit, whose product is mainly aimed at the nautical sector and countless industrial sectors with a need to move items in open industrial areas or even ships: the wind energy sector, civil engineering works, prefabricated components, stone, etc.

The main challenge that Samuel is facing in his new position is turning the Mobile Systems Unit into the best specialist in providing efficient solutions for moving ships in boatyards and marinas and industrial equipment in open areas, maximizing the benefit to our customers – something for which we are developing tools that allow us to do just that and prove it.

“We have a very strong position in Spain and Portugal, but we also have Europe, Asia and Latin America in our sights”.

His enthusiasm is comparable only to the clarity of the ideas he conveys.
